"Reflections" captures within its pages prose that spans over a decade. The earliest poem 'When the cage bird sings" dates back to my high school years, somewhere around 1995-1996. The latest poem "I'm in love" was composed in March 2007. The poems authored during 2005-2007 have a distinct feel, an idiosyncratic rhythm. The composition of "Illicit" took place in 2006 while I was deployed at Baghdad, Iraq and solidified the evolution of Aisha DaCosta to ADDicted!Enjoy!
