This literary fiction three part short story represents "The Birth, The Life Journey, and The Resting Place." This short story is intended to help prepare children ages 6-9 years old for separation, loss of a loved one and or pet they loved. Because death is a natural cycle of life, educators and parents can provide many teachable opportunities in the home and at school to introduce the concept of death to our young children.

Imagine, who would have ever thought that the very first life experiences are the first steps taken, they shape us into who we are in the present and whom we will become in the future. This book presents a variety of meaningful first time experiences through the life span of early and late adulthood.
