There is an increase in environmental awareness in the world which has aroused an interest in the research and development of biodegradable and high-performance materials. The first generation of modern brake materials was asbestos fiber-reinforced composites. Due to the environmental problem, the natural fibers wereintroduced instead of asbestos fiber in this research work.
