A children's book designed to teach and help children learn large concepts at an early age. As a mental health professional and complex PTSD specialist, it's imperative that we nourish the emotional wellness for kids. Too often are teens and adults seen struggling to overcome major obstacles in their lives simply because self-regulation strategies weren't talked about or modeled enough while growing up. When we teach and practice emotional regulation skills at an earlier stage in development, the ability to heal and overcome life's many challenges is amplified and accelerated. This children's book teaches children that forgiveness is a choice that can increase and strengthen their overall self-confidence and sense of control in the world around them. It is filled with illustrations and interactive visualization strategies to help kids not only learn and talk about the concept of forgiveness but practice it as well.
