Rose Diary Short Stories is the sister book to the Red Shoes New. Rose Diary Short Stories contains many of my puppy and cat's photos, which are my favorite parts. The author especially appreciates the Toronto Police who gave her inspiration to create her works. Bin Sobchuk thanks all the readers, and wishes that they will like her books.
Tributes To Toronto is the sister book of The Red Shoes New, Rose Diary Short Stories, and Honour. I love Toronto, and I am eager to share my stories with my dearest readers. My books are historical fiction and are written primarily for men-although all genders may enjoy them. I would especially like to thank my mentor, Mervyn Edward Johnston, who passed away in April 2024. These stories are entertaining for all ages of adults. Hopefully, you will enjoy them and give me feedback. My email address is [email protected].
Stories from the West End accompanies The Red Shoes New, Rose Diary Short Stories, Honour, and Tributes to Toronto. I am amazed by Toronto, and, once again, I delight in sharing my stories with my generous readers. My books are historical fiction, and the opinions I present in these stories are my own unique thoughts on the world. They are not meant as treatises for any organized actions, political or otherwise. In some cases, the names of the people in my stories have been changed to protect their privacy. I hope that you will enjoy my collection of essays and narrative descriptions. I would especially like to thank my English teacher, Michael Gailard. He is brilliant and has played an important role in leading me to success. I welcome your feedback. My email address is [email protected]
Accept. Love. Get Out There is the companion book to Tributes to Toronto, The Red Shoes New, Rose Diary Short Stories, and Honour. I am a single person, and a widow, navigating the world and trying to embrace all the complexities of urban life. I wish to share these experiences - which have become my treasures - with my readers. My work here is historical fiction and is not intended to describe any actual person's real life. Nevertheless, I write these stories with honesty and sincerity, and they are from my heart. I hope you enjoy them. If you wish to give me feedback, I can be reached at: [email protected] In this collection of short stories, one of Toronto's most prolific intracity travellers reveals her quirky brand of humour to an acting group, explores the downtown restaurant scene, brings joy to mental health sufferers, supports small businesses in her neighbourhood, and steers a bold course through personal relationships and love. As always, Sobchuk gives generously of herself to her beloved friends and pets. Written with a thoughtfulness that readers will find captivating, Sobchuk strives to get to know countless others - regardless of their age, lifestyle, or socioeconomic status. Traversing the city, be it in the bright heat of a mid-summer festival or grim darkness of an early-morning alleyway, she is both fearless and frank. And in each of these remarkable journeys, the writer remains open and wide-eyed - she is, relentlessly, accepting of the people she encounters, curious about their situations, and hopeful of helping them to make their lives at least a little bit better. As a result, we see Sobchuk's character evolve and flourish; as readers, we learn and grow with her. Chris Fletcher, M.A. B.A.
