Voices of East Texas is a collection of plays written by Stephen F. Austin State University Professor Emeritus Dr. Bobby Johnson. Before creating the plays, Dr. Johnson accumulated five-hundred plus interviews dealing with East Texas, topics ranging from the region's agricultural roots to modern industrial development, with side trips to both world wars and cultural happenings.
