A collection of poems 2001-2011. The process of becoming is often addled with with a litany of strange and unfamiliar experiences. As a young adult, everything seemed so much more grand, so expansive and curious, but at such a malleable age, nothing seemed to be as significant as the emotions that we began to experience while being thrust into our own path of becoming. Love, angst, desperation, depression... these emotions can sometimes seem as strange and unfamiliar as our experiences in life. To a young mind, there is an inimitable pain associated with learning these emotions, the pain of growing up.
