Cassius King is a good cop, a street-wise cop, and he believes in staying well within the boundaries of the law and its enforcement. However, New York City's biggest narcotics kingpin, is not only the subject of his recent criminal investigation, but he is also his former best friend. King is torn between duty and friendship--loyalty to an unspoken code and an oath he swore to the people of the city of New York City, some of which reside in the same neighborhood he grew up in. Along with his new partner, Detective Adrian Harrison, King fights to protect the city streets from a new threat, and all while battling against his very own principles and morals to do so. The streets are treacherous and sometimes friends are the farthest from being considered allies, but King will need all his wits about him if he intends to reign supreme within the County of Kings.
