The Mission of this training series; is to bring about an awareness, of the important role, a Professional Security Officer plays, in the protection of the Nations assets and encourage the training of Private Security Officers to attain a Professional image.This Training Series prepared by Charles E. Neuf CPP. Neuf referred to as the Major began his career in Personal Protection in 1960 as an Illinois State Trooper assigned to protect dignitaries at the Illinois State Fair, later he moved in the executive protection of the Governor and State Representives.In 1978, the Major formed a licensed Security Group "Executive Protection," specializing in providing security of people places.In 1996, the Major managed a Security Force of over 100 officers providing Security for corporate operations in the St. Louis, Missouri area.2003 The Major developed training programs and seminars for Advanced Training of Security Officers.
