Tesis (Diplomatura) del ano 2015 en eltema Derecho - Civil / Derecho laboral, Nota: 8, Materia: DERECHO, Idioma: Espanol, Resumen: La finalidad primordial de este trabajo de investigacion es proponer un anteproyecto de Ley Contra el Acoso Laboral al no existir una normativa legal para poder defenderse las personas en caso de acoso en el trabajo. El objetivo de la misma es Elaborar y analizar el Acoso Laboral las normativas laborales y el anteproyecto de Ley que lo regulara. Se considera esta investigacion documental, ya que se soporta en documentos y textos que ayudan a estudiar una situacion o hecho, el cual, por su poca investigacion, y su contenido teorico puede ayudar a traves de la normativa legal vigente en Venezuela. En cuanto a las conclusiones, se observo que no existe un mecanismo legal pertinente y especializado, que proteja al trabajador venezolano en caso de Acoso Laboral o Mobbing, ademas del desconocimiento en si de este problema en el ambito laboral, por tanto, se propone un Anteproyecto de ley, una normativa legal en este tema, asi como la discusion en los circulos juridicos, y la difusion y formacion en los trabajadores de una empresa sobre este problema laboral.
