Kiran Andon and Ethan Catanzaro are two members of the Academy Warriors, determined on keeping order in the grand city of Topia. They mill around daily, keeping crime at bay. But when an Anarchist Rebellion suddenly takes form and threatens the doom of all of Topia and perhaps the world, Kiran and Ethan must choose sides. Along with that, cosmic entities and beings of great and "magical" power are descending, and they are bringing change. Kiran and Ethan are forced to pick either their loyalty or their power, and they might not be agreeing this time around.
