Seen through the eyes of a child, Our Dad, explores how dads may live with mental illness, that it is okay to not be okay, what these emotions might be expressed as, and that it is okay to ask for help. Our Dad offers hope to both the child and the parent that although mental illness and the associated emotions can be hard, help and healing are possible.
