Auf der Grundlage einer umfassenden Untersuchung der Entstehung der Gegenzeichnung und Auspragungen dieses Rechtsinstituts in Staatsverfassungen monarchischer wie republikanischer Pragung sowie einer ausfuhrlichen Darstellung der Strukturen der liechtensteinischen Verfassung unter besonderer Berucksichtigung der Stellung des Landesfursten wird die Bedeutung der Gegenzeichnung nach der Verfassung des Furstentums Liechtenstein und die Auslegung der ihr zugrundeliegenden Verfassungsbestimmungen erortert."
