What you are about to read is my story, but it could be yours as well, the passing of your beloved husband or wife or significant other who has a different name, not Henry David Thoreau who is part of my story, but the person you are eternally connected to, with hearts and souls that recognize each other though you dwell in different worlds. This story is for all of you who are witnesses to this blessing, the grace of being loved by someone who still shares your life but from a different realm. Not only are you witnesses, you are participants in this divine phenomenon, this wonder that is so extraordinary it cannot be adequately expressed with words. I speak as well to those of you who have not had this experience, who are conflictedabout what to believe regarding love that exists after death, a love that is expressed and shared with the beloved who remains here on earth. I invite you to simply consider what I and so many others have experienced and continue to do so and that your hearts and minds remain open to something that is incredible but well within the realm of possibility. As the words you are about to read suggest, eternal love can live, even thrive after death beyond physical space and time, and so hearts that were once connected can remain so, for no boundaries exist to keep them apart.
