Knucklehead Mountain is the first book in a series that follows the adventures of Kai and his dog Koda. This "Great Big Adventure" began one evening when the author's grandson asked me to tell him a bedtime story. "We Love to Paint " is a colorful and fun story that takes us along on a journey of learning as three primary color paint brushes and their friend paper learn to work together. There is a strong teaching in the text and illustrations about how cooperation leads to great results. This story teaches the young reader two important lessons.
