So, you're busy thinking, 'I'm asking God for this, I'm imagining this, I'm expecting this, ' and God says, 'I'm going beyond what you ask or think.'When we have finished asking God for big things, the reality of circumstances sets in. Instead of expecting what we asked for, we bring down our expectations, especially if expectations have been met with inevitable disappointments. Now, when you bring down your expectations, God shows up. And instead of God working with you according to your expectation level, which, of course, you are happy enough to have certain expectations met, the Holy Spirit shows up and goes to that realm where you were when your faith was high.One of the believer's weaknesses is the inability to sustain the faith of expectation. I expect this. So, during communication with God, my spirit is high, and my faith is strong. That's why prayer is powerful. Jesus says men should always pray and not faint (Luke 8:1 KJV). In other words, men who don't pray will soon faint.The only thing about that kind of prayer is that you always have to pray. One of the significant benefits of praying is the activation of faith or the liveliness of your faith. What makes a probiotic work more often than not, which is very good anyway for your enzymes, digestive systems, and everything, is its active, living enzymes. That's what makes it probiotic. You have antibiotics, then you have probiotics. So, the living enzymes keep the thing alive. It makes it work.When you expose yourself to continuous prayer, certain things within you stay alive, including your faith. We know it's metaphoric, but if dashing your foot against a stone is bad, hitting your life against a rock is terrible.But when you walk by faith based on that revelation in your spirit, your prayer life keeps your life alive. It keeps your faith alive, so more often than not, you are not walking in the consciousness of one that can be defeated or stopped. You are walking in the consciousness of one who is unstoppable because the hand on you, the one backing you, the one supporting you, the one protecting you is saying you can't be tripped, you can't be stopped, and you can't be defeated.
