Pahaquarra and Scouting Memories, Volume 1If you have ever attended a summer camp you should read this book about a scout's first summer experiences and then as a camp leader including camping thru a devastating East Coast hurricane. Colorful descriptions, many original photographs and newspaper articles describe the full history of the camp. Camp Pahaquarra abruptly closed in 1972. The structures of the 1,000-acre camp were quickly reduced to rubble and only a few foundations remain today.
