This book is written in hopes that you will find Bliss in your life by learning new techniques on how to overcome struggles you may be having or that you may not even realize you're having.If you're anything like me you might not even be aware of any struggles until you really think about the choices you have been making in your life.God created us in His image and He created our bodies to work in a certain way where every part is connected together to create a balanced system.My purpose for this book is to help you see and understand as I've learned over the past couple of years how God created us and how the things we put in our bodies affect everything and even our spirit and soul.This book hopefully will show you how to find Bliss and become a better YOU When you feel better physically, you're more at peace with yourself and will feel closer to God as you seek Him.

BOOK FOUR further pulls back the veil over our hearts as we explore Wounding Others. This particular wound is less talked about than the wound from the previous book, but every bit as deadly to our well-being. It is a more socially acceptable form of wounding those around us, yet sets us up to reap the consequences of our hurtful thoughts and words towards others. We spend our time focused on judgments-their cause, their effects, and how to find healing for our hearts from this destructive habit. Some may wonder how an entire book could be devoted to one little word. It's a bigger subject than some may realize.

BOOK SIX exposes Personalized Wounds. These are custom designed by our arch-enemy, specific to each individual, and intended to curtail our purposes and destinies before we really even start living. These are the well-crafted, yet destructive, beliefs sown into our hearts at a very early age that set us up for failure and pain as we grow. When we embrace these beliefs, we find it more difficult to find our purposes for living. The good news is that the truth God brings to counter our inferior beliefs is what brings ultimate healing to the heart.

God's Promises for Every Believer Every Day of the YearGod always walks with us on this road of life and when we think we're alone that could be when God is carrying us.I've always loved to read and my love of reading came at a young age with my Dad taking me to the local library. I've traveled to many places around the world through the words in a book. I also love to help others. I've always tried to help people even as a young child and I still love helping others. It's my one desire in this life to help people in any way possible. By writing books, I'm hoping to bless others with my words and to continue to help as many people as possible. My favorite colors are pink and purple and I love football and the ocean. I love flowers and animals and I have a tuxedo cat named Jazzy.
