This book chronicles the story of the A-10, including program history, aircraft paint schemes, all units operating the aircraft and their markings, and selected nose art and ladder door art. Over 100 colorful official and unofficial patches of the units and combat operations involving the A-10 are included. The book also includes a description of the aircraft, its systems, and weapons.

Don Logan's latest book ""his tenth with Schiffer Publishing, and the first in a planned multi-volume set on F-4 Phantoms chronicles the service of the McDonnell-Douglas F-4 and RF-4 Phantom II in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and the Air National Guard. The book is organized by AFRES and ANG units and illustrates the F-4's service, colors, and markings with over 700 color photographs and 100 unit patches.

Don Logan's all-new pictorial book is intended as both a complementary and supplementary volume to his first A-10 book (see page 20). This book bridges the gap between 1997, when his first A-10 book was published, and summer 2006 with 550 current action A-10 photographs and updated Squadron information, including the effect of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) 2006 on A-10 units. All twelve continental U.S. bases operating A-10s are covered, as well as A-10s on the Nellis AFB range complex, Bollen Range at Fort Indiantown Gap near Harrisburg Pennsylvania, Razorback Range at Fort Chaffee near Fort Smith Arkansas, and Claiborne Range at Fort Polk near Alexandria, Louisiana. This pictorial book is a history of the F-117 Night Hawk Stealth Fighter containing over 400 color photographs. It is a “Roll Call” of the F-117 with individual history and photos of each F-117. In addition the book includes a short program history; operating locations and air force bases, production sites associated with the F-117; F-117 Units, F-117 aircraft, and Information and photos of the A-7 and T-38 aircraft used to support the F-117 program. Though the photos cover the full history of the F-117 program, many of the photos were taken in the last two years at bases including Holloman AFB, Nellis AFB, and Edwards AFB.

The Northrop YF-17 holds a special place in aircraft history. The YF-17 was one of the two prototypes tested in the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Fighter competition, a program which attempted to reverse the trend of increasing cost and complexity of new fighter aircraft, and which resulted in the selection and manufacture of the F-16 as the next generation free world fighter. Even though the YF-17 lost the USAF competition, it was the prototype for the U.S. Navy's F/A-18 aircraft.
