Once the Ferale Coast was a place where one could live free, but that was before the army of the Orklyns came. Many are now enslaved...or worse. This is the story of how six humans, three enchanted folk, and a halfling make a break for freedom. This book contains the episodes "Escape" and "The Wave Riders". 'Escape' tells the tale of how the Hardway heroes meet and manage to help others as they frantically search for a way out of the conquered lands. From helping an ill fated circus show to aiding a living legend freeing women and children from a madman, all while being hunted by the orcs, our heroes must learn to work together and trust one another in their quest to be free. In 'The Wave Riders' our heroes are now being relentlessly pursued by the vindictive priests of Indigo Order. It seems the entire world is out to get them as they deal with the effect of a powerful curse, a murder trial, angry thieves, vindictive pirates, and even a hurricane as they try to find their way among the world. Emotions run high with love, guilt, and betrayal. The anxiety of execution adds even more pressure for those in the group to overcome as they try save one of their own from the executioner. Join our heroes as they learn about themselves and the the wondrous world around them as their flight for freedom becomes a fantastic journey of exploration and discovery. Tag along with them as they learn of ancient empires, lost treasures, and their world's amazing races and amazing creatures. Who will survive this incredible trek and who will be left behind? Welcome to Pelizor Pelizor, often called the Magical City, is one of the Prism Realms premier cities. Pelizor's futuristic skyline of tall towers and spiral tall minaret towers is like no other. With flying coaches and carpets overhead, Pelizor is known for its flagrant display of riches, its casinos and theaters, and its white sandy beaches under a golden sun. Thousands come to Pelizor every month seeking adventure, amazement, and the adulation of others. Pelizor, is also referred to as a city of intrigue and danger. Those who ply the more nefarious trades to acquire their wealth, or who have evil in their hearts, presume Pelizor is ripe for the taking. But Pelizor works hard to downplay its seedier side. To this end stands Pelizor's constabulary is considered second to none in its fight against crime. Among the small army of men and women sworn to uphold law and order, is a unit dedicated to the solving its most difficult crimes by the use of the most modern techniques known to magic and mysticism. This unit is known as the Pelizor Constabulary Forensic Unit. It is led by one man, Tolian, Chief Forensic Wizard. Inside this book are four of his early cases.
