Walk With Me Into the Light will take you on a journey of healing that will astonish you as much as it astonished the author who wrote it. Never before had Eileen Curteis been awakened through the night with words she had not thought of but that were spoken freely through her. She would write down the inspiring words that were given through the night immediately and then the following day would develop them into a full-fledged poem. From there, she would feel the poem in her body and a sketch for each poem would emerge from what she felt. In her innermost being, Eileen knew this book was a gift from God that was meant to be shared with others. Already, many of her soul journeying friends, women and men alike, were enjoying what the healing energy of God looks and feels like through her sketches and poetry. This book has been created by Eileen Curteis, and yet, she attributes it to their Foundress, Blessed Marie Anne Blondin, who died January 2nd, 1890. Whether she is Eileen's muse or not, Eileen believes that she is because of the way she mysteriously manifests her presence in and through Eileen's writing and in Eileen's ministry as a healer. Eileen has dedicated this book to her, and at the front of the book is a mysterious picture with a ball of radiant light that appeared over the Blessed Foundress' heart when a photo was taken of her, an indication to Eileen that this woman is a saint.

It's not often that you get to go on a soul journey with another person. Even rarer still is to be able to witness the evolution of another traveller as they become more fearless in putting themselves out into the world for us to see and to learn from. And it's not enough to just be fearless. To be able to articulate the "true face of love," while at the same time exposing life's sharp edge of grittiness, is more than just a talent. You need to be crushed first in order to grow, and then unwavering, you need to strive for the light, drawn to the mystery we are all being swept into. Eileen Curteis is a woman at the height of her personal awareness and literary powers. She has become a master of her art. Her voice has evolved through the decades and ten previous books of poetry and artwork in order to arrive here. Now the muse is demanding more, insisting on a greater, deeper truth. She has torn away the last veil of innuendo in her work and laid her experience bare. The sharp writing, bold metaphor, and lovely allusions are still there, along with the emotional gravitas, but her new work is like a beautiful cosmic hammer hitting nail after nail and filling the silence with the sweet sound of truth and strength, over and over again. For some of us the struggle to become a whole person is so complex that we can hardly bear the pain of it. Such has been Eileen Curteis' journey and, yet, to bear the pain of it has brought her the exhilaration she has longed for.
