Indem sie es erm glicht, die Lebensgeschichten der Teilnehmer kennenzulernen, kann die Gemeinschaftstherapie zu einer Einladung beitragen, ber die Art und Weise nachzudenken, wie Menschen sind, als eine kontinuierliche Konzeption/Verwirklichung eines Projekts, das in der existenziellen Ph nomenologie den Schl ssel findet, der einen Weg zum Verst ndnis des Gesundheitspersonals als Subjekt er ffnet, da es nicht nur ein Gesundheitspersonal ist, sondern auch eine menschliche Person, ein aktives und teilnehmendes Subjekt mit seiner eigenen singul ren, pluralen Art, in der Welt zu sein, in Beziehung zu anderen Subjekten. Auf diese Weise funktioniert es auch als Strategie der psychischen Gesundheitspflege in der Prim rversorgung f r die Nutzer und die Besch ftigten in der Prim rversorgung, so dass sie ihre Handlungen verbessern k nnen, was den Aufbau von gemeinschaftsbasierten sozialen Solidarit tsnetzwerken zur L sung von Konflikten sowohl f r die ESF-Nutzer als auch f r die Fachkr fte erm glicht.

By making it possible to get to know the participants' life stories, Community Therapy can contribute to an invitation to think about the way humans are as a continuous conception/realisation of a project that finds in existential phenomenology the key that opens up a path to understanding the health professional as a subject, since as well as being a health worker, they are a human person, an active and participating subject with their own singular, plural way of being in the world, in relation to other subject(s). In this way, it also works as a mental health care strategy in primary care for users and primary care workers so that they can enhance their actions, enabling the construction of community-based social solidarity networks to resolve conflicts, both for ESF users and professionals.

En permettant de conna tre les histoires de vie des participants, la Th rapie Communautaire peut contribuer une invitation penser l' tre humain comme une conception/r alisation continue d'un projet qui trouve dans la ph nom nologie existentielle la cl qui ouvre une voie la compr hension du professionnel de sant en tant que sujet, car en plus d' tre un professionnel de sant , il est une personne humaine, un sujet actif et participant avec sa propre mani re singuli re et plurielle d' tre au monde, en relation avec d'autre(s) sujet(s). De cette fa on, elle fonctionne galement comme une strat gie de soins de sant mentale dans les soins primaires pour les usagers et les travailleurs de soins primaires afin qu'ils puissent am liorer leurs actions, permettant la construction de r seaux de solidarit sociale base communautaire pour r soudre les conflits, tant pour les usagers que pour les professionnels de la FSE.

Rendendo possibile la conoscenza delle storie di vita dei partecipanti, la Terapia di Comunit pu contribuire a un invito a pensare al modo in cui gli esseri umani sono come una concezione/realizzazione continua di un progetto che trova nella fenomenologia esistenziale la chiave che apre un percorso di comprensione del professionista della salute come soggetto, poich oltre a essere un operatore sanitario, una persona umana, un soggetto attivo e partecipante con un proprio modo singolare e plurale di essere nel mondo, in relazione con altri soggetti. In questo modo, funziona anche come strategia di cura della salute mentale nelle cure primarie per gli utenti e gli operatori delle cure primarie, in modo che possano migliorare le loro azioni, consentendo la costruzione di reti di solidariet sociale su base comunitaria per risolvere i conflitti, sia per gli utenti del FSE che per i professionisti.
