Jeffrey Alabacete is an established textbook author, with his classic text Matrix Algebra into its 9th edition. His satisfaction and sense of accomplishment is turned upside down when a computer science undergraduate and a new German colleague suggest writing a different version of his text. The tensions of his university Department of Mathematics come into sharp relief as Professor Jeffrey Albacete begins work on the 10th edition of his esteemed text.
