The difference between the sexes has been celebrated in song, promoted in fashion, questioned, minimized and, most recently ignored. For centuries, the polarities of male and female energies has been the source of much pleasant fraternization between the sexes as well as a fierce struggle for power that exists to this day. Through an understanding of the flow and balancing of the Yin and Yang within our own nature, we can come to realize that the ultimate power has been inside us all along, and by seeing the true power in BOTH Yin and Yang, male and female, we can reclaim our birthright as complete and powerful beings.
