Between 1994 and 2022, over 35 interviews were conducted with individuals who knew Bruce McLaren and Denny Hulme. The interviews offer new perspectives on the men behind the machines. This book focuses on the humor, kindness, and competition, especially during the Can-Am series. The interviewees include: Mario Andretti, Sir Jack Brabham, Carroll Shelby, Tony Adamowicz, George Follmer, Brian Redman, and several others.
