Die Erziehung von Menschen f r das Leben ist eine komplexe, m hsame und schwierige Aufgabe, da sich die Subjekte heutzutage in einer immer komplexeren, dynamischeren und sich ver ndernden Gesellschaft wiederfinden, die besser vorbereitete junge Menschen mit klar definierten Idealen ben tigt, um auf die gegenw rtigen und zuk nftigen Herausforderungen reagieren zu k nnen; deshalb stellen die Quantenpostulate eine hervorragende M glichkeit dar, interessante Aspekte einer anderen Art von Erkenntnistheorie und Methodologie zu entwickeln, um neue Denkweisen zwischen Lehrern und Sch lern zu begr nden. Die p dagogische Praxis wird als dynamischer und komplexer Vorgang betrachtet, bei dem der Lehrer die Gesamtheit des Menschen ber cksichtigen muss, d. h. seine kognitiven, sozialen, emotionalen und physischen Strukturen. Das Gehirn ist keine passive Maschine, es besteht eine Vernetzung der Neuronen wie bei den Teilchen der Quantenmechanik; diese organisieren das Denken und beg nstigen die Anpassung des Individuums an eine komplexe Umgebung.

Educating human beings for life represents a complex, arduous and difficult job, due to the fact that nowadays, subjects find themselves in an increasingly complex, dynamic and changing society, which requires more prepared young people, with well-defined ideals, to respond to present and future challenges; that is why quantum postulates represent a brilliant option to develop interesting aspects on another type of epistemology-methodology to base new ways of thinking between teachers and students. The pedagogical practice is seen as a dynamic and complex action, where the teacher must take into account the totality of the human being, that is to say, his cognitive, social, emotional and physical structures. The brain is not a passive machine, there is an interconnection of neurons as with the particles of quantum mechanics; these organise thought and favour the adaptation of the individual to complex environments.

Educare gli esseri umani per la vita rappresenta un lavoro complesso, arduo e difficile, dovuto al fatto che oggi i soggetti si trovano in una societ sempre pi complessa, dinamica e mutevole, che richiede giovani pi preparati, con ideali ben definiti, per rispondere alle sfide presenti e future; per questo motivo i postulati quantistici rappresentano una brillante opzione per sviluppare aspetti interessanti su un altro tipo di epistemologia-metodologia per fondare nuovi modi di pensare tra insegnanti e studenti. La pratica pedagogica vista come un'azione dinamica e complessa, in cui l'insegnante deve tenere conto della totalit dell'essere umano, cio delle sue strutture cognitive, sociali, emotive e fisiche. Il cervello non una macchina passiva, c' un'interconnessione di neuroni come nelle particelle della meccanica quantistica; questi organizzano il pensiero e favoriscono l'adattamento dell'individuo ad ambienti complessi.
