I'm Vianne Vanator and I'm an alcoholic. And, apparently, a vampire hunter. Turns out I'm the descendant of a famous female vampire hunter. However, without a magical necklace, I don't have the same abilities my ancestor did to annihilate bloodsuckers and other supernatural beings that go bump in the night. The problem is, I didn't know any of this until vampires tried to kill me, a vampire hunter saved me from them only to then kidnap me, and I accidentally made a deal with a hellhound.
