What does it mean to be whole? What does it mean to love? Even if we consider ourselves whole, most of us at least know someone who is not. Most of us know someone who is struggling with a potentially deadly illness or a chronic debilitating health condition. Often this person is more than just someone we know; it is someone we love: someone we cannot bear to see suffer, someone we cannot bear to lose. When we love someone who is not whole, it teaches us something about God. Here are some of those lessons, from the perspective of the mother of a disabled child. This short Bible study workbook, is intended to be completed by individuals or small groups in two to three sessions.
