Diabetes is unfortunately a common health problem. About 1 million people in the UK alone have been diagnosed as sufferers - that's about 3 in every 100 people. Of those diagnosed, about 95 per cent are suffering from Type 2 diabetes, this is non-insulin dependent diabetes. This book is the nineth in Grub Street's "The Basic Basics" series.

This research work monitors and utilizes the network to be able to track daily usage on the Network. Every user on the network has fixed bandwidth based on the category of user. Fifteen percent (15%) Bandwidth is rolled over to a user that has not used the allocated bandwidth for five working days.
