La presente investigaci n tuvo como objetivo aplicar las herramientas de calidad para mejorar la productividad en la l nea de envasado de n ctares de frutas en Agroindustria la Morina SA; para ello se analizaron los reportes de producci n, y de calidad generados en un periodo determinado, permitiendo diagnosticar el comportamiento actual del proceso productivo de la l nea de producci n mediante el an lisis de la productividad y sus indicadores espec ficos de calidad, para que de esta manera se comparen los resultados del periodo anterior y posterior de su aplicaci n y as demostrar que esta investigaci n traer ventajas y mejoras al resultado final de la producci n, haciendo que el impacto sea positivo para la empresa.
