Three children, a black boy, an Asian girl, and a disabled white girl show how they are important because they are alive. But, when they get Together, they show how people from all backgrounds can work together to make a difference. The affirmations are repeated by each character to show that dreams of accomplishments are universal. The three characters are also modeling non-traditional actions, showing children that they do not have to be limited or labeled by race, sex, or disability.
