It's the late 1800's. Slaver is over in the United States, but not all landowners agree, and many free men and women remain on the plantation subjected to ill-treatment at the hand of plantation owners. Lee Roy, a young man with a troubled past, but unaccustomed to hard slave labor stumbles upon one of these plantations on his quest to a new life out west.After enduring and experiencing what slavery is really like, Lee Roy runs. Life on the run of course is not easy, and dodging the evil land owner Coldman and his henchman proves harder and harder as he continues. Lee Roy, in all of his experiences, finds hope and happiness but none of this comes without a price.

Inspired by Mark 12:30-31, a Dalmatian family helps their young puppy, Dannie, interact with other dogs at the dog park and learn where his identity comes from. Having no spots at birth, customary for Dalmatians, Dannie is filled with a spirit of adventure and curiosity, but he doesn't know he looks different until he meets other Dalmatian puppies who already have their spots. Dannie attempts to fit in and be accepted by the other Dalmatian puppies; however, he must navigate the consequences of deception and shame he has brought on himself. Despite this, Mommy and Poppy, as well as a special friend, help Dannie understand his identity comes from God, and that no one, no matter what they think or say, and no circumstance can change that truth.
