When you begin reading this book you will embark on a trip through our early church history. We will begin with where it all started with Jesus and the Apostles and the start of the church. This book will hop around to examine the lives of the Apostles, and the very Ancient church immediately after the lives of the Apostles had been extinguished by martyrdom. I hope you are ready to begin the adventure and awe inspir-ing journey ahead as you begin your reading I encourage you to try to place yourself in the setting's you will read about, try to envision with your mind's eye what is going on in the situations we will examine and ask yourself: would I be so noble, would I be so true, or would I stand so firm on Christ and His Word?

Dispensationalism did not just start with John Darby and C.I. Scofield, the doctrine of Dispensationalism goes much further down the historical track of the church then that. The concept of Dispensationalism goes all the way back to the beginning. This book is a brief exploration of the history and development of the Doctrine of Dispensationalism, along with the development of the specifics behind this doctrine.The historicity of dispensationalism is undisputed when a faithful examination is done of the facts, merits, and historical accounts of this method of theology. Dispensationalism is a belief in a system of historical progression as revealed in the Bible, consisting of a series of stages in God's selfrevelation and plan of salvation for men. This is the historic position of the church, this is the Biblical position, this is the original position of the ancient church fathers, and this is the position that our fundamental DNA is woven into.

Calvinism is a term often used to describe the system of belief of those who hold to Calvin's teaching on predestination; not everyone exactly understands Calvinism, beyond the fact they know they disagree with its belief of predestination. We are going to briefly examine Calvinism, in order to have a fuller understanding of what this belief system entails. Calvinism encompasses far more than just predestination, and there is much more a biblical fundamentalist would disagree with, then just that one doctrine.The very first point of Calvinism, the Total Depravity of Man, as the Calvinist comprehends it, is the foundation to the rest. If doubt can be placed on the validity of this first point, then the entire superstructure of Calvinism starts to fall apart. We will compare and contrast the major points of difference in Reformed and Baptist doctrine, to shed some needed light on this subject and to bring about a greater understanding of the dangers and biblical errors of Reformed doctrine and Calvinism.

Four key area's for Christians today are the areas of Giving, Witnessing, Dress and Music. Is the way you are giving of your time, talent's and treasure to God and your local church Biblical? Is the way you are dressing for church and outside of church Biblical? Is the music your church uses or you listen to right according to what the Bible says? Are you sharing the good news of Christ like you should?

This book came about as a result of a study on Bible characters. Abraham Lincoln said, "Reputation is the shadow. Character is the tree." Our character is much more than just our reputation, and what we try to display for others to see. It is who we are even when no one is watching. Having a Good Character means doing the right thing just because it is right to do. What better way to learn Biblical character principles then from the life of Bible characters, their examples and the right and wrong actions and decisions they made; we can learn from them Biblical truths and traits to apply to our life. We can develop Godly character to use and guide us throughout our life from the examples they have left us in the written record of God's Word.

The intention of this book is to help Christians know they are heading down Wisdom's path and not the path to foolishness. The foolish path may seem easier at first but in the end its cost is far more than we would want to pay. On the other hand Wisdom's path may seem harder at first but in the end the cost is far less and the reward is far greater then we could ever imagine. The wise earnestly "receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity;" Proverbs 1:3. Wisdom - the God-given ability to have a practical and successful application of the knowledge you have diligently sought out. Wisdom comes from God. Man cannot get wisdom apart from God.

This book contains five chapters teaching on "Giving... unto the furtherance of the gospel". After each chapter there are seven devotions. The book is designed to be read one chapter each week and then work through the devotions for that week. Upon completion of those devotions move onto the next chapter and the next weeks devotions. In the end, giving really is a gift to us from God. It is a great privilege to get an opportunity to take part in how the ministry of the Lord is financed, to be able to give of our time, talents and treasure to the Lord and to be blessed with the opportunity to give more cheerfully by faith to Him.
