P.O.C.History: Then and Now, Vol. 2, No. 1 This is a historical, journalistic, and artistic publication that highlights the accomplishments of People of Color from the past and in the present. The intention of this zine (pronounced: zeen) is to record history as it has happened and continues to happen. Furthermore, the last intention is to create a future just as impactful, if not more impactful. As the intentions are set, the goals include allowing others to know of what can be done to make history, learn more of creative possibilities that one may take, and to open the mind of the world being an oyster for everyone. As history is made and as history make us, this periodical publication serves to provide a platform that records history of People of Color. This zine also serves the purpose of sharing history that has been made and that is being made. Enjoy the zine as I remind, educate, and/or inform you of history makers in high definition artwork.

The Volume 1 of P.O.C.History: Then and Now zine has been made into a coloring project. An Art By Vital Vessel production that allows people to color in historical figures. There were 74 historical figures in the zine so there are 74 historical figures included in this coloring book. This coloring of historical figures is for all ages. The goal is to become well versed of how history had been made in the past and learn how history is being made in the now.
