Life was slow and predictable in Maly's small hometown. There was school with the populars, church and a summer job at The Pig. It was all that 12 year old Maly ever knew. But one day that all changed when a stranger came to town. The things she thought she believed in were not as they appeared. Suddenly she was forced to deal with challenges that no one would be able to help her with. As she faces them on her own she discovers an inner strength she didn't know she had.
