This project explored the role of occupational health physiotherapy from the perspectives of different stakeholders in order to inform the development of a new multiple-perspective conceptual framework to advance the practice of occupational health physiotherapists. Although this new conceptual framework cannot guarantee the success of the proposed role, it can assist occupational health physiotherapists in negotiating new and advanced working practices and potentially support the role embed within the mandate of an occupational health service. A secondary analysis of the multiple-perspective conceptual framework identified three core concepts, namely risk work, professional identity, and coaching.

Dieses Projekt untersuchte die Rolle der arbeitsmedizinischen Physiotherapie aus der Perspektive verschiedener Interessengruppen, um die Entwicklung eines neuen multi-perspektivischen konzeptionellen Rahmens zur F rderung der Praxis von arbeitsmedizinischen Physiotherapeuten zu unterst tzen. Obwohl dieser neue konzeptionelle Rahmen den Erfolg der vorgeschlagenen Rolle nicht garantieren kann, kann er Physiotherapeuten der Arbeitsmedizin bei der Aushandlung neuer und fortschrittlicher Arbeitspraktiken helfen und m glicherweise die Rolle unterst tzen, die in das Mandat eines arbeitsmedizinischen Dienstes eingebettet ist. Eine sekund re Analyse des multiperspektivischen konzeptionellen Rahmens identifizierte drei Kernkonzepte, n mlich Risikoarbeit, berufliche Identit t und Coaching.

Questo progetto ha esplorato il ruolo della fisioterapia per la salute sul lavoro dal punto di vista di diverse parti interessate al fine di informare lo sviluppo di un nuovo quadro concettuale a prospettive multiple per far progredire la pratica dei fisioterapisti per la salute sul lavoro. Sebbene questo nuovo quadro concettuale non possa garantire il successo del ruolo proposto, pu aiutare i fisioterapisti della salute sul lavoro a negoziare nuove e avanzate pratiche di lavoro e potenzialmente sostenere il ruolo inserito nel mandato di un servizio di salute sul lavoro. Un'analisi secondaria del quadro concettuale a prospettive multiple ha identificato tre concetti fondamentali, vale a dire il lavoro a rischio, l'identit professionale e il coaching.
