Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Note: 1,7, Hamburger Fern-Hochschule, Veranstaltung: Wirtschaftsinformatik, 40 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel der Arbeit war die Entwicklung eines optimierten Vorgehensmodells zur Einführung einer Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software bei kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen (KMU). Das für die D GmbH optimierte Vorgehensmodell hat dabei einen allgemeingültigen Anspruch für die Einführung eines ERP-Systems bei einem KMU durch ein mittelständisches Softwarehaus. Das entwickelte Vorgehensmodell basiert inhaltlich auf einem allgemeinen agilen Vorgehensmodel. Ziele für die D GmbH waren die Optimierung des ERP-Einführungsprozesses bei Neukunden, die Standardisierung des Einführungsprozesses, sowie die effiziente Einarbeitung neuer Berater. Die D GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Softwarehaus mit 20 Mitarbeitern, das eine branchenneutrale ERP-Standardsoftware ganzheitlich anbietet. Dazu zählen Produktion, Vertrieb, Einführung, Beratung und Betreuung in allen Belangen der eigenen ERP-Software. Der Autor war mehrere Jahre als Leiter der Softwareentwicklungsabteilung für die D GmbH tätig. Die Aufgabe des Praxis-Projektes im zweiten Teil der Arbeit war es, neben der Ist-Analyse und Bewertung des aktuellen ERP-Einführungsprozesses, einen Abgleich dieses Prozesses mit allgemeinen IT- bzw. ERP-Einführungsmodellen durchzuführen. Das Untersuchungsobjekt der Ist-Analyse ist das konkrete Vorgehen der Berater. Als Untersuchungsmethode kommen, neben der Analyse der Literaturquellen, persönliche Interviews des Autors mit den Beratern zum Einsatz. Zum Erreichen dieser Ziele und in dem Bestreben allgemeine Grundlagen einer ERP-Einführung zu vermitteln, beschäftigt sich der erste Teil der Arbeit mit den theoretischen und begrifflichen Grundlagen, sowie mit den allgemeinen Rahmenbedingungen in KMU. Als weitere wesentliche Grundlage werden im ersten Teil der Arbeit allgemeine ERP-Einführungsmodelle und -strategien vorgestellt.Bei der Vorstellung der Modelle erfolgt eine Klassifizierung nach klassischen und agilen Modellen. Mit einem klassischen Modell ist in diesem Zusammenhang ein Modell gemeint, dessen Vorgehen sequenziell-linear ausgelegt ist. Bei agilen (wandelbaren) Modellen wird von einem parallelen, nicht-linearen Vorgehen ausgegangen.

Det er vigtigt, hvordan man møder folk derude i verden. ”Jeg har så tit haft brug for hjælp. Specielt når jeg har overvurderet mig selv og min styrke. Så er det vigtigt, at man møder folk med den rette attitude,” vurderer Lars Nielsen. Det var dog ikke nødvendigt, da han måtte bede nogle eskimoer i det nordvestlige Canada om hjælp. ”De kan se i øjnene på folk, om de er ærlige,” siger han med smilende øjne. Lars Nielsen har aldrig stået i et problem, som ikke kunne løses. Han peger selv på sin ubekymrede tilgang til tilværelsen. ”Jeg mødte flere rygsækrejsende i Peru, som gik og klamrede sig til deres ting. De var konstant bange for at blive bestjålet. Jeg har altid taget den med ro, og der ikke sket mig noget,” siger han og giver smilet endnu et hak. De parlamenterede lidt sammen, og konen gik så hen til en udrangeret kummefryser – åbnede den og tog et meget lille hjortekid op og afleverede det i mine arme, så jeg kunne sidde med det på skødet og kæle lidt for det. Senere fik jeg lov til at give det mælk fra en sutteflaske. Det var da en oplevelse! Om forfatteren Lars Nielsen (f. 1955) tog realeksamen på Hobro Gymnasium i 1973. Arbejdede som slagteriarbejder fra 1973 til 2017, hvor han gik på efterløn. Han har cyklet turcykling siden 1980, og disse ture har tilsammen givet en distance på mere end fire gange jorden rundt (167.578 km i 2020). Han holder foredrag om sit cykelliv og er blevet hædret for sine ture ved at blive optaget i Travellers Club (Tramplaget) i Oslo og Adventurers Club i Los Angeles, ligesom han har været medlem af De Berejstes Klub i Danmark.

Uendelige skove – vilde floder – øde bjergegne – møder med det lokale dyreliv – møder med meget gæstfrie lokale beboere. Det kraftfulde nordamerikanske vejr har også ved flere lejligheder sat denne cyklist på prøve. Alt dette har bogens forfatter været udsat for siden den første tur i 1985. Dog har de positive oplevelser været i klart overtal. Derfor er det blevet til alle disse ture. Fra Alaska i nordvest og Vancouver Island i sydvest til New Foundland helt ude mod øst. De må have lugtet det søde stads? Da fik jeg fart på cyklen! Jeg kunne godt acceptere at blive stukket af myg. Det var en helt anden sag med bier! Endelig var jeg alene på vejen igen. Insekterne opgav forfølgelsen, og jeg kunne trille mod byen Fort Nelson, godt og vel 4.000 indbyggere og altså en storby med lyskryds og hele! Allans far s tter hele familiens lykke over styr og ender med at miste godset. Nu spredes b rnene for alle vinde, men Allan bliver som skytte og skovfoged for den nye ejer.
