On an island in the Puget Sound drug crimes are up and a teenager has gone unfortunately missing. A young detective, under the direction of his savvy Captain, is determined to solve the crime. In the background of it all is the mysterious Elijah Bradford. He claims he is a retired businessman; is he trying to help the detective, or hinder his investigation?
