Living with Less Stuff is for any retiree, baby boomer, senior or older adult who is ready to find applicable, easy techniques to simplify life and reduce the volume of stuff surrounding them. We come into the world with nothing, then accumulate things as we mature; but then, the time comes when stuff needs to be reduced. For some it is for health reasons, others life style changes or just because it is time to let go.

Telling your story doesn't always mean you're dwelling in the past. All it means that you have moved on and gained the strength to speak about your past without caring about the judgments of others.
