Perry and his chum Henry go on vacation with their families and intend to do research into the legend of the lost city of Atlantis and its connection with America. What they find convinces them there is truth to the story. However, they run into scholarly opposition that questions the idea as merely mythical--leading Perry and Henry to a public debate as to whether Atlantis was just a fantasy or not.
