This research interest lies in the area of learning and teaching, both students' and teachers' learning. Based upon the author's current position as a Head Teacher, he has instantly been dealing with starting teachers, some may be classified as teachers with no experience, while the others may be defined as teachers who are already in the classroom with little or no formal training. The research aims at providing help to starting teachers in the very beginning of their teaching journey
