The Orb of Genoa is so powerful people are willing to kill for it. Lost for decades, the orb has resurfaced and is being hotly pursued by the rival gangsters. The orb is the key to summoning a powerful demon on the magical night known as The Eve of the Dragon. Once summoned the dragon can grant unlimited favors if it is pleased. Three American surgeons leave for a well-deserved month long vacation in Italy celebrating the completion of their medical boards. They want nothing more than to lie on the beach and relax.
