This book is a humorous, uplifting chronicle of my challenging journey through Stage-4 Throat Cancer. The story is a collection of letters written during my treatment with surrounding supporting short stories that make you laugh and hopefully make you cry. Although every cancer case and cancer patient is different there is one very important theme - the need for optimism. Without that, the struggles are too large, the sacrifices too great and the rewards too small. Fight to win. Fight to survive. Fight to thrive
