A mentor is a person who is an experienced individual who through life experiences have gained the skills and knowledge to help others do the same. Mentoring is not to be taken lightly, it is an assignment to help others succeed that are desiring, and seeking to fulfill destiny. This readiness might look different for different people and would directly influence the time and level of work and commitment the mentor needs to invest in the mentee.
