Arrow, the hit Warner Bros. The Dossier collates the intelligence Oliver has uncovered on nefarious business dealings and criminal activity in Starling City, with "eyes only" records on his alter-ego Arrow, including weapon schematics.

Cisco Ramon, S.T.A.R. Labs mechanical engineering genius, wearer of hipster T-shirts and alter-ego of Meta-human Vibe, is one of the original members of Team Flash.
