As in the first four books, this book tells of the abuse I and my siblings suffered from the adults in our lives. The garage had one light in the middle of the ceiling. It was a dismal place. It was cold in the winter. It had an old radiator to help keep you warm but it didn't give off much heat unless you stood right next to it. The grease was strewn everywhere. There weren't any windows, so even during the daylight hours there wasn't much light. Many things happened in the garage. This book is about some of them.
