This book is a prayerful persuasion of the meaning and purpose of Love/Life of Valuable Energy, God's prescription of how to cope with the human environment we experience from birth with all our relationships to prevent suicide and domestic violence. As this book goes to press, women and men are being taught by the current situation to value our humanity. To breed gentle strength to well balanced boys and girls who want safe communities to live and change from fear to a more compassionate, kind shared responsibility including all cultures and faith of how we live our life of valuable energy (LOVE). I hope and pray we all learn the true value of life from the experience for future generations.

Peace is the presence of God in us, not the absence of conflict. I look for the beauty and listen to the melodious joyful music in creation. I have found the true value of love not fear which builds these five key words to help ourselves and our children grow to be the best we can be.CONFIDENCE - to know who I am, to find my true identity. COURAGE- to make good choices for healthy outcomes. CREATIVITY- to discover my own skills and abilities to set goals in life. COMMUNICATION- to listen, learn to assertively articulate responses. COMMITMENT- to be complementary with a calm approach to work ethic.I invite you to search out the meaning of these words in the poems and illustrations in this book and I hope you will find God's Gift of Grace, enjoyment and love from all creation around you.

This book is the abundance of what I have been given, and believe it is part of my responsibility to pass on my learning and experience, of the sustaining MYSTERY and outpouring LOVE OF GOD for all Creation. As you read this book, may you also find love, peace, joy, happiness and freedom that God has created for you. One of the main reasons for writing this book is to help women, both young and mature, and mothers who do not have good male or family support, to avoid violence. Parents of all ages need to be aware of HOW our boys are not being taught.
