Integrative Economic Ethics is a highly original work that progresses through a series of rational and philosophical arguments to address foundational issues concerning the relationship between ethics and the market economy. Nach uberkommener Ansicht gilt fur die Anwendung von Art. 3 Abs. 1 GG der Satz "Keine Gleichheit im Unrecht". Eine genauere Analyse des Spannungsverhaltnisses zwischen Legalitat und Egalitat zeigt hingegen, dass eine pauschale UEbernahme dieser Formel weder der allgemeine Gleichheitssatz noch andere verfassungsrechtliche Aspekte gebieten. Methodisch werden die bisherigen Rechtsauffassungen kritisch hinterfragt. Dabei wird eine defizitare dogmatische Argumentation aufgezeigt und im Anschluss ein eigener Loesungsvorschlag prasentiert. Auf Grundlage dieses Modells wird die praktische Durchfuhrbarkeit anhand konkreter Beispiele erprobt und fur die Starkung des Gleichbehandlungsanspruchs als subjektives oeffentliches Recht bei der Rechtsanwendung innerhalb des Verwaltungsrechts pladiert.
