Die Dezentralisierung ist ein aktuelles Thema in Kamerun und Afrika und eine weltweite Forderung nach Demokratie, guter Regierungsf hrung und der Beteiligung von zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen und Gewerkschaften sowie der Bev lkerung an der Verwaltung der ffentlichen Angelegenheiten. Sie zielt darauf ab, die Entscheidungen b rgern her zu gestalten und die Effizienz des ffentlichen Dienstes zu erh hen. In diesem Sinne kann die Dezentralisierung ein wirksames Instrument zur Umsetzung der Strategie der verantwortungsvollen Staatsf hrung und zur Bek mpfung der Armut darstellen. Die prek re und aktuelle Situation der Zielgruppen, d.h. des Personals der CTDs, beg nstigt wirklich noch nicht ihre volle Beteiligung an der Umsetzung des Dezentralisierungsprozesses. Das bedeutet, dass die Frage des Gehalts und des Karriereprofils im Arbeitsrecht von gr ter Bedeutung ist, da sie eine der wichtigsten Dimensionen des Arbeitsrechts darstellen. Die Studie ergab, dass die untersuchte Population aufgrund der Tatsache, dass sie immer lter wird, recht erfahren ist. Die Familien der CTD-Arbeiter sind trotz ihres niedrigen und von Gebietsk rperschaft zu Gebietsk rperschaft unterschiedlichen Gehalts und der manchmal nicht gezahlten Pr mien recht stabil.

Decentralisation is a topical issue in Cameroon and Africa, and a global requirement for democracy, good governance and the participation of CSOs, trade unions and the general public in the management of public affairs. It aims to bring decision-making closer to the citizen and increase the efficiency of the public service. It is in this sense that decentralisation can represent a powerful tool for implementing the governance strategy and combating poverty. The current precarious situation of the target groups, namely the staff of the local authorities, does not yet favour their full participation in the implementation of the decentralisation process. This means that the issue of pay and career profile is of vital importance in labour law, of which they are one of the essential dimensions. All in all, this study shows that the population studied is fairly experienced, due to the fact that it is ageing. It should be noted here that the families of CTD workers are fairly stable, despite their low salaries, which vary from one local authority to another, and their sometimes unpaid bonuses.

Il decentramento un tema di attualit in Camerun e in Africa e un requisito globale per la democrazia, il buon governo e la partecipazione delle OSC, dei sindacati e del pubblico in generale alla gestione degli affari pubblici. L'obiettivo avvicinare il processo decisionale ai cittadini e aumentare l'efficienza del servizio pubblico. In questo senso, il decentramento pu rappresentare un potente strumento per attuare la strategia di governance e combattere la povert . L'attuale situazione di precariet dei gruppi target, ovvero il personale delle autorit locali, non favorisce ancora la loro piena partecipazione all'attuazione del processo di decentramento. Ci significa che la questione della retribuzione e del profilo di carriera di vitale importanza nel diritto del lavoro, di cui rappresentano una delle dimensioni essenziali. Nel complesso, questo studio mostra che la popolazione studiata ha una discreta esperienza, dovuta al fatto che sta invecchiando. Va notato che le famiglie dei lavoratori del CTD sono abbastanza stabili, nonostante i loro bassi salari, che variano da un'autorit locale all'altra, e i loro bonus a volte non pagati.

Em suma, este estudo mostra que a popula o estudada bastante experiente, devido ao facto de estar a envelhecer. de notar que as fam lias dos trabalhadores dos CTD s o bastante est veis, apesar dos seus baixos sal rios, que variam de uma autarquia para outra, e dos pr mios por vezes n o pagos.
