When a beloved dog passes, it leaves behind a hole in its family's life that's impossible to fill. I've written this book by drawing on my own experiences of the heart wrenching emotions that follow the death of a dog. I've lost four dogs, and grieved for each one. I still grieve for each one, but in a different way now - in a happier way, a way that brings back fond memories that make me smile and not cry.
